Refund Policy

1. Returns

Due to the sterile nature of this product, unopened items may only be returned if authorized in writing and in original condition. Opened products are not eligible for return.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review and resolve with replacement or refund when applicable.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear depending on your bank.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for misuse, improper storage/handling after delivery, or orders that violate the research-use-only policy.
